• There are two delivery modes, which will be followed for redemption. There are some items for which gift vouchers will be issued while some other items will be sent as gifts directly to the distributor / dealer point. 

• You can choose more than one gift based on your total available points. All redemption's will take place online now. Please ensure the complete redemption process is followed.

• All rewards redemptions are subject to terms and conditions as may be applicable from time to time. In case of any dispute, the decision of the management will be final. 

• While we shall endeavour to provide the gifts as per your choice, please note that the actual model supplied may vary, also please note that the gifts are being offered by third parties and we shall not be responsible for any failure or deficiency of service on their part.

• Please note that wherever applicable there maybe Government levies, charges, documentation requirements etc which would need to be adhered to. Incase of inability to adhere to the said requirements we may need to cancel the redemption request or offer alternative items for redemption as the case maybe.  

•  Please note that the estimated time period for delivery of the gift/ gift vouchers is 45- 60 days from the date of receipt of the redemption made online. In case of delay for any reason whatsoever, we shall keep you intimated of the same.
